Pro includes the complete published rankings and CSV exports. Public articles, ranking previews and the public backlink directory remain free to browse. A collected channel is not a verified submission or guaranteed backlink; missing metrics remain unknown.
Free users can preview 10 randomly selected websites per ranking issue. Pro members and active trial users can view all websites and the original ranking.

How does the 7-day free trial work?
Both plans start with a 7-day free trial with full Pro access, including CSV exports. Creem verifies and saves your payment method without collecting a subscription payment at signup. Cancel from your Account page before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Otherwise, the selected monthly or annual plan starts automatically when the trial ends.
How do cancellations work?
You can cancel from your Account page at any time. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge; Pro access remains available until the trial ends. After a paid period starts, cancellation stops future renewals and access remains available until the end of that paid period.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first actual subscription charge, after the free trial. If you are not satisfied, email hello@liuluck.com within 14 days of that charge to request a full refund. The refund window does not start when your free trial begins.
Who handles the payment and billing?
Creem handles checkout, billing and applicable taxes as Merchant of Record. The checkout and receipt show the final charge. Contact hello@liuluck.com for product support.
Where do these datasets come from?
Snapshots combine curated channels, keyword research and website estimates. Collection, submission and live-link observations are separate: a listing is not proof of a tested or live backlink. Missing metrics remain unknown; estimates are dated and are not guaranteed outcomes.
Can I use the exported CSV data commercially?
Use the curated records for internal research and planning for your projects. Source metrics remain subject to their providers’ terms; the subscription does not grant third-party data licenses. Do not resell or redistribute the raw datasets.
